Wishing Well

Have compassion for everyone you meet, even if they don’t want it. What appears bad manners, an ill temper or cynicism is always a sign of things no ears have heard, no eyes have seen. You do not know what wars are going on down there where the spirit meets the bone. ~ Miller Williams

This week I am holding two people, especially, in love and light and wellness. They are having surgery, and they believe my love will help.

Why not? Love and compassion (along with joy, appreciation, and wonder) are high-frequency emotions.
Studies show that seeds thrive when provided with water that has been blessed by healers, bacteria is stimulated by compassion, plants respond to loving conversation, and persons suffering from grievous illness recover because of their own optimism and the blessings of friends and family members.

…To use my energy with good effect requires deliberate intention and keeping myself centered in high-frequency emotions. An added bonus, I learned, is that whenever we do this, we also strengthen our immune system and actually change the genetic coding of our DNA. With this one bit of knowledge, I have freed myself from the family history of heart problems! Compassion raises the frequency at which the body’s cells are vibrating to a level, so that it has less resonance with disease.

How practical is that? Love and joy keep us healthy. For example, the resistance of HIV patients increased by 300,000 times when they were in the presence of people thinking kind and loving thoughts. So acts of kindness do good things to the physical heart, brain, and genetic code. And, experimenters in electromagnetism say, the higher the frequency, the greater the impact. (Quantum God, Chapters 11 and 12)
“Bless them which persecute you: bless, and curse not,” it is written in Romans 12:14.

Oh, I know it’s not possible to love everyone and everything, nor even feel compassion. We can, however, bless—and I love Rev. Duke Tufty’s definition of blessing: To wish well.

Simply that, to wish someone well. That intention in itself will inject higher frequency energy into even the most difficult of situations. Raise the vibrations.

This week, besides sending you love…
I wish you well.

  1. That was the hardest thing to do was bless the enemy of my emotions. Today I am getting better at it. Thanks for the blog girlfriend.
